Contract Services Administrative Trust Fund

bluespace interiors assisted Contract Services Administrative Trust Fund in expanding its operations to accommodate approximately 52,000 square feet of office space and 23,000 square feet of classroom space to serve as training ground for motion picture and television professionals.  A non-profit organization, Contract Services Administration Trust Fund (“CSATF”) administers a variety of programs for the benefit of the motion picture and television industry.

bluespace interiors and the CSATF team created a beautifully modern, yet warm workspace that included beautiful, wood paneled open workstations, high vaulted ceilings with natural light coming through skylights, beautiful breakrooms and outdoor spaces to connect and retreat, functional training rooms, lounge areas and other great amenities.    The first floor consisted primarily of classroom space to be used for safety training classes, along with breakrooms, outdoor seating areas and meeting rooms.  The second floor consists of open workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, executive board rooms, and file storage space used for administrative functions.
