Nativo Headquarters

In December 2017, Nativo’s Los Angeles team moved into new, creative Nativo headquarters. More than twice the size of their previous office, the new space allows for future growth and provides a warm and inviting environment for employees and guests. Reflecting Nativo’s creative spirit, the sleek design is now being considered for a Calibre Design Award and was profiled by Built In LA.

The design concept was strategically developed to create a multipurpose space that allows employees and visitors to work, eat, and play. The atmosphere encourages creativity and relaxation for everyone who enters. The design for space planning, architectural finishes, and furniture selections drew inspiration from the surrounding Southern California beach community. You’ll notice hints of sunshine, blue sky, ocean waves, and open spaces. The design embraces and encourages an active lifestyle.

The space provides communal work stations and collaborative meeting and conference rooms for brainstorming sessions. Open kitchen, dining, and lounge areas encourage team members to relax while providing plenty of opportunity for chance meetings. A spacious multi-functional area was designed for large gatherings and company-wide meetings and celebrations. Community is important to our company, and we’re glad our Nativo office design makes communal areas a priority.

A palette of blue and warm grays creates water and beach sand characteristics. Colorful upholstery symbolizes bright, lively beach towels, and beach chairs in lounge areas emphasize the laid-back beach environment. Street signs are used to identify meeting rooms, which take their names from local landmarks. We love that the details of our building reflect the carefully chosen office location.

Most significantly, the new office is a testament to the years of collective effort put into building Nativo from an idea on a whiteboard to a thriving workplace that exists across an entire skyrise floor in Los Angeles. Our offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and London are also incredible ideas that we have been proud to bring to life and work in.
