Nativo is a creative media and advertising company whose Los Angeles team expanded into a new headquarters to support growth, culture, and collaboration.
As Nativo’s Los Angeles team continued to grow, the company sought a headquarters that could support future expansion while embodying its creative spirit. More than twice the size of its previous office, the new space was envisioned as a warm, inviting environment for employees and guests—one that encourages creativity, connection, and flexibility.
The design concept focused on creating a multipurpose workplace where people could work, gather, eat, and recharge. Community, collaboration, and lifestyle were central to the vision.
bluespace interiors partnered with Nativo to deliver a workplace strategy rooted in adaptability and creative expression. The design for space planning, architectural finishes, and furniture selections drew inspiration from the surrounding Southern California beach community—reflecting sunshine, ocean tones, open space, and an active lifestyle.
The workplace was designed to support a variety of work modes, from focused individual tasks to collaborative brainstorming and large company-wide gatherings.
bluespace interiors supported the project through planning, specification, and coordination to ensure the design vision was executed seamlessly. The result is a cohesive, highly functional headquarters that reflects Nativo’s culture and creative identity.
Recognized for its thoughtful design, the space was profiled by Built In LA and considered for a Calibre Design Award—serving as a physical representation of Nativo’s growth from an idea on a whiteboard to a thriving organization occupying an entire high-rise floor in Los Angeles.
