Who We Are

For more than 42 years, bluespace interiors has helped organizations plan, furnish, and support environments where people do their best work. From corporate offices to education and healthcare spaces, we design and deliver workplace solutions that balance performance, flexibility, and long-term value.

What started as a small office supply business has grown into one of Southern California’s leading workplace furniture and interiors partners. Today, bluespace supports projects of all sizes with the same hands-on approach that defined our early days.

Our Legacy

A journey rooted in purpose and grown through partnership.

Our story began over 35 years ago with founders Bob and Cindy Mairena, two college students with a shared vision to build a company that would serve the evolving workplace. After graduating from the University of Southern California, they invested everything they had into launching an office supply business rooted in service and integrity.

As the company grew, so did its capabilities, expanding into office furniture, workplace planning, and comprehensive project support. While our scale has evolved, the entrepreneurial spirit and core values that shaped our beginnings continue to define our culture today.
