Sensitive Personal Information
The Company collects certain sensitive personal information under California law, including:

Use: Only for lawful business purposes (background checks, payroll, benefits, compliance, safety). Sensitive PI is not used for other purposes.

We collect PI to:

The Company may share PI with: 

• Internal Departments: HR, management, IT, and other relevant teams.
• Service Providers: Vendors assisting with recruitment, background checks, payroll, or HR functions.
• Legal Compliance: Government authorities or law enforcement as required by law. 

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Disclosures to service providers are strictly for business purposes.

  • PI is retained for at least four years from collection, or longer if required by law or to fulfill the purposes outlined above.
