MP Biomedical is a global life sciences organization committed to advancing scientific discovery through innovation, collaboration, and precision. Their work spans research, laboratory operations, and administrative functions—each requiring environments that support focus, flexibility, and performance.
The Vision
MP Biomedical envisioned a headquarters that would reflect both the heart and rigor of their mission. The goal was to create an inclusive, highly functional workplace that supports collaboration across departments while providing ergonomic, comfortable environments for every team member—from laboratory professionals to administrative staff.
The new space needed to balance brand expression, operational efficiency, and cost-conscious design across multiple floors, while remaining adaptable to evolving work styles.

Spaces were carefully planned and furnished to support a diverse range of work modes, blending private focus areas with collaborative and shared environments.
Across two levels, the team delivered a cohesive mix of workspaces designed to promote productivity, connection, and well-being.
