As a forward-thinking organization, the firm sought to rethink its workplace to better reflect the evolving needs of its business. Rising rental costs prompted a shift toward smaller private offices to optimize square footage, while shared spaces were reimagined to better support a hybrid work culture.

The team navigated shifting product lead times caused by the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining a strict relocation schedule to avoid over-market rental costs.
